Can I use my existing smartphones with ENLIL?
Yes. ENLIL runs on the Android and iOS devices your teams already carry. Rugged made-in-India PTT devices are available where the environment demands IP67 and MIL-STD-810H durability.
How fast can we onboard users?

Can we still use radio accessories like earpieces?

What's the communication range?
Unlimited. Coverage is your data coverage: LTE, 5G and Wi-Fi, with satellite fallback available for crews far from terrestrial networks.
Can ENLIL work when cellular networks are overloaded?
ENLIL fails over intelligently between available networks, and supports priority arrangements for emergency organizations whose traffic must cut through.
Can ENLIL handle enterprise deployments with 50,000+ users?

Do channels work across countries?

Are messages encrypted?
Yes. All communications use AES-256 end-to-end encryption, and all stored data is encrypted at rest. FIPS 140-2 compliance options are available for government and defense-adjacent operations.
Can we deploy on-premise?
Yes — choose cloud, on-premise or hybrid deployment to meet your security and data-residency requirements.
Can we export message history for legal proceedings?
Yes. Complete communication archives with tamper-proof logging can be exported by authorized administrators for compliance, training and dispute resolution.
Is ENLIL AI private?
Yes. All AI processing — transcription, translation, summaries and safety monitoring — happens within ENLIL's secure infrastructure.

Can users be in multiple channels simultaneously?
Yes. Users can monitor multiple channels with configurable priority, so urgent traffic always comes through first.
Are voice messages transcribed?
Yes — AI-generated transcripts make voice traffic searchable, and automated summaries highlight key decisions and action items in long conversations.
Can I search through old messages?
Yes. Message history is archived and searchable, with automatic channel archiving and management for administrators.
Can we restrict who speaks on certain channels?
Yes — granular permissions control who can speak, listen and manage each channel, including listen-only broadcast channels.

Can ENLIL integrate with our existing systems?
Absolutely. We provide REST APIs, webhooks and pre-built connectors for popular enterprise platforms including SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow and custom systems.
Can we integrate with our identity provider for SSO?
Yes — SAML/OIDC single sign-on with role mapping, plus automated user provisioning and offboarding.
What warranty do devices carry?
All devices come with a minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty; extended warranty and support plans are available.
Can I use PTT with a Bluetooth button?

How is ENLIL priced?
Per user, per month: Basic from $3, Riders/Intercom from $2.5 and Business starting $4 (billed annually; monthly billing available on Basic and Riders/Intercom). Every engagement can start with a scoped POC trial on your use case — no setup fees. Large fleets, on-premise deployments and hardware bundles are quoted per operation.
