Enlil Dynamics Private Limited, together with its affiliates (“Enlil,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal data responsibly.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and otherwise process personal data when you access or use our websites, software, applications, devices, communications platforms, APIs, support channels, integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy does not override any separate written agreement between Enlil and an enterprise customer. Where Enlil processes personal data on behalf of an enterprise customer, Enlil acts as a processor or service provider and processes such data in accordance with the customer's instructions and the applicable contract.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • prospective customers;
  • customer personnel and administrators;
  • end users authorized by enterprise customers;
  • users who contact us for support, sales, or other inquiries;
  • persons who attend our events, demos, or marketing activities.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party products, services, or websites that are not controlled by Enlil, even if they link to or integrate with our Services.

3. How We Use Personal Data

5. Customer Data and Enterprise Accounts

Where Enlil provides Services to an organization, that organization may control the relevant tenant, workspace, deployment, users, and customer data. In such cases:

  • the customer determines certain processing purposes and means;
  • Enlil processes customer data under contract and documented instructions;
  • end users should direct privacy requests relating to customer-controlled data to the relevant customer or account administrator first.

Enlil is not responsible for a customer's privacy practices, internal policies, lawful basis, notices, or user-management decisions.

6. Sharing of Personal Data

We may disclose personal data as follows:

  • to affiliates within our corporate group;
  • to service providers, contractors, and subprocessors that support hosting, infrastructure, communications, analytics, payment processing, support, logistics, device fulfillment, or security;
  • to resellers, distributors, implementation partners, or integrators where necessary for the requested services;
  • to professional advisers such as lawyers, auditors, insurers, and accountants;
  • in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale, restructuring, or similar corporate transaction;

We do not sell personal data in the ordinary sense of selling user lists for money. However, certain disclosures for analytics, advertising, or cross-context behavioral purposes may be treated differently under some laws, and we will honor legally required rights where applicable.

Enlil may process and store personal data in India and in other jurisdictions where Enlil, its affiliates, or service providers operate. Where cross-border transfers are subject to legal restrictions, Enlil will use appropriate safeguards where required, such as contractual protections or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

Retention periods may vary depending on the nature of the data, customer configuration, and legal requirements.

These may include access controls, encryption, authentication measures, logging, segmentation, secure development practices, and vendor oversight.

The Services may interoperate with third-party systems, hardware, software, telecom providers, MDM systems, identity providers, cloud platforms, mapping tools, or analytics providers. Enlil is not responsible for the privacy, security, or data-handling practices of third parties except to the extent expressly stated in a written agreement.
